That pretty much sums up any and everything that did exist at YYZ to make life a little easier. Next they will tell AC and UA to stop pulling people from the line.

Today I got the normal "what do you do" question and the "what are your customers going to ask you" and "why do they want to meet in Atlanta" ?

a) I responded and was told "I don't know what that is"
b) "I don't really know"
c) "I don't really know"

What? You can't see the fact that I have been travelling to the US twice a week for umpteen weeks? Something has suddenly magically changed that all the other inspectors didn't "catch" ?
