Has anyone else had problems entering their M&S number on TG. Just booked a ticket on the TG website but couldn't enter my M&S number. Kept on getting "Unfortunately your frequent flyer is not found or does not exist. Please, verify that it is correct and try again. (1395 - 9253)" Then tried to call the TG call center, and they couldn't successfully enter it either. They told me to show my (electronic) card on checkin. My view is that if I can't successfully enter my M&S number now, I won't be able to do it on checkin. (Why I seldom fly with TG, because there's frequently some kind of hassle - but they're the only airline flying on this route). I've checked and my FF name matches the ticket.

Any suggestions or experience? Thanks for any advice.
