Emeryville is the opposite direction from the folks that we are visiting, so this property seems a better bet WRT location.
Just a promised follow-up...we ended up doing the Emeryville property after all, which was a typical friendly, well-run HH location. Bonus was the Trader Joe's 3 blocks away, given the full kitchen at HH.
