Actually, I am very satisfied with Ibis hotels in Europe (haven't been to any outside Europe yet). Consistent status recognition, occasional welcome gift which is nice, they allways pay attention to preferences I set in my account (even though I occasionally change them) and I always gwt welcome drink for me and my wife (although only I am the card holder). Rooms are of consistent quality and functional, despite toilet being so close to the shower in these new modular bathrooms that you have to sit sideways. I just checked in today from another hotel in Krakow (wife had paid hotel during some conference) and coming here really felt like coming home. And I used poinys to pay for it. Very happy and satisfied. It just shows how a box of cookies can make a satisfied customer 😂😂
