There is a flight I take each week from Edinburgh to Birmingham (BA1784). It either connects or carrys on to Dusseldorf.... along with my bags. This has happened twice in the last month.

I do finally get my bags, but I have to drag all the way round the M42 again to collect them. I have not complained to Customer Services as they are busy enough at the moment. It is however getting a little boring.

How does this happen? The bags are tagged to Brum. Usually when they do not appear I ask where they are. They know that they have been 'logged' onto the flight, so why can they not find them. Too lazy or what. Is it not a security risk for the flight to continue with them on.

Most odd sir!? I just hope it does not happen when I do the flight on the 23rd, or that will be very very boring.

Oh and before someone puts 2+2 together from my post before, I am not doing christmas tree runs!
