Anything for rentals in other states? I had a problem in Illinois where the box, in which the transponder was located, did not prevent the transponder from activating and when I wanted to pay cash at the last toll plaza, the transponder activated the charge anyway. Even though I paid cash during the entire rental (and it is double the transponder fee), I was charged much more by Dollar for the same.
