I've never been in a time crunch situation re SWU before, but how quickly should they post? I am sitting on like 135k EQM but i'm ~$200 short of the $15k. I have a CDG-JFK J flight in a handful of days that will get me over the $15k.
I intend to use the first 4 SWU to book a roundtrip JFK-CDG-JFK for two, and during my time in Europe nest a LH F MR to get *G. However, the LH fare expires the day after I fly the CDG-JFK segment with AA. Usually my AA metal segments post almost as soon as the plane lands. Assuming, the EQM and EQD post the day I land from CDG, should the SWU become available immediately, so that I can book the JFK-CDG-JFK roundtrip, use the C-space to upgrade all segments, then have time to booked the nested LH fare before it expires? Thx!
