For now I'm going with FT IT glitch, maybe they use the same service provider as used by a certain airline.
I saw your thread. And sort of appreciated the slightly sarcastic / funny nature of it. I don't think it was offensive.
And yes, there is face cream in the J toilets (in small tubes, usually). Also in the Y ones (in dispensers that are locked in place).
