Marriott hasn't updated accounts and does so only with periodic sweeps (next one maybe coming much later in the year). But the app and website account pages both show status ending 1/31/2020. Not sure where you're looking...but the counter for those going from Titanium to Ambassador clearly shows it.

That clearly suggests that status resets on February 1.
