Unfortunately, I never inquired of Chase or their insurance provider about the applicability of primary coverage in those other states. The CFPB can't answer that question; they can only process a complaint for misleading/deceptive advertising -- which was the nature of my beef against Chase when I thought that New Yorkers did not receive primary LDW.
