Don't listen to those comments. The 737-800 that Southwest uses is the exact same airplane that several other airlines use to Hawaii, including United. The 752 that United uses on DEN-LIH is basically exactly the same in economy as the plane WN uses on the inside, but with a little less legroom. Make your choice based on what works best for your schedule and budget and don't worry about the plane.
