(1) simultaneous multi-device connection. need to swap between laptops, phones, maybe even tablets, without manual pair/repair. we're travelers and white collar office workers, aren't we?

(2) good microphone performance. many are straight up horrendous. imagine listening to something on your phone, and the phone rings, and you actually have to take them off because otherwise speech is unintelligible.

so far there's the airpods and jabra which are decent at this, but neither are good for noisy environments
