Most people check the location of their hotel before booking, so would not book the Hampton if they were travelling from T1 or T3.
Just to be fair here, if you’re flying through DXB 90% chance you’re taking EK and that’s T3. So for the very few who are leaving out of terminal two, you win. Just saying...
