I checked a few dates in Dec, Jan and Feb and saw either 1x or 2x daily flights. So, it doesn't appear to be cut to 1x daily the entire time. Also appears to be a mix of Airbus and 737 depending on the date.

A shame if SFO-PHL is cut, but can't say I'm surprised based on my flights last Jan...was probably a 40% load factor at most.
