Has anybody successfully used their TAG yet?

I’ve tried for my BA operated direct flights to JFK and MAD, but it just doesn’t work. My BA app just says ‘TAG unavailable’

Slowly getting support from ViewTAG by email, but they are just as confused as me as to why it won’t work. I actually ordered two, but neither of them working off my phone (or other family members phones, when I try on theirs)

Trying to request a refund, but ViewTAG seem keen to find out the reason it’s not working. It’s somewhat frustrating.
