Being honest AS has never been all that relevant to people in the Bay Area except to those that travelled to Alaska, the PNW, and Hawaii. Once WN ramps up their HI flying, I can see those routes next on the chopping block. There will be way too much capacity between the legacies, HA, and WN to compete. Wouldn't be surprised at all if a recession hits to see AS move even more capacity out of California making themselves even less relevant than they are now.
