Quick question - I just received a notification regarding a change of schedule of a LH plated award. The relevant portion is MUC LH YYZ AC YHZ. The new schedule is as follows

MUC-YYZ LH494 1540-1835
YYZ-YHZ AC626 1955-2304

So we're barely above that. 3 pax, 2 adults, 1 child (5 yrs old) travelling in Business Class (I) with checked luggage (German Passports w/eTA). Day of travel is a Thursday in May 2020. Later flights are available in revenue booking classes but apparently not in I class. LH wrote that I have 2 weeks to discuss alternative arrangements, after that period I am stuck with the general change rules & fees.

I think this is cutting it pretty close, if I were to travel by myself I wouldn't worry about it, but since I will be travelling with the Mrs. and Jr. I am contemplating to try to get rebooked on a later flight to YHZ in order to prevent from getting stuck in YYZ in case we miss our connection. Also, I am not familiar with AC's upgrade procedures - so what's the chance that there will be 3 seats available in Business Class on the day of travel in case we need to get rebooked. Ending up in YHZ w/o our luggage is another factor to consider.

Any input is greatly appreciated.
