If a hotel makes the generous gesture of upgrading one to a suite bedroom (and bath) without access to actual suite's living room, I'm not sure what the hotel gains by not going the whole nine yards and upgrading to the actual (whole) suite. Saved from having to clean a living room? It's not like the suite living room typically is being used otherwise, I would think.

To me, that's chintzy and not impressive.
