For Kedah, Kelantan, Terenganu states, I believe Hari Raya would be at least two days..., but I'm not sure if office open in Friday for Terenganu or not. If in Kedah, Friday/Saturday would considered as weekend instead of Saturday/Sunday.

Hopefully OP do click on my mavcom link... I did find that MH does response very fast once mavcom send their enquiry, since there is a time limit for them to response.
