It is not obvious, but on the page that gitismatt linked to, the box that says "MILEAGE EARN ON/AFTER JAN. 1, 2018" is clickable and will pop up a chart with the actual percentages (best viewed on a desktop web browser; in a mobile phone view you have to use the < > arrows to scroll the columns)
