I brought the two pieces of chicken home and plan to make a pair of hard soled sandals for my granddaughter out of them and use the "Romesco" sauce as a traction aid once the snow flies. It was so over cooked and dry that it was completely inedible. I am not sure if pre-ordering made any difference.
It did! They started cooking it two weeks or so before departure, just as you ordered, to insure it would be ready by the time you boarded.
