It will take another cycle. Once the statement closed, you'll have to wait until the next queue. Then you've got to pay the annual fee, and THEN you'll get the miles. Our household recently got a Lufthansa Miles and More card with a tiered bonus. Both portions of the tier took a full cycle after the requirements were met to post to the account. It's not comforting, but it's not unusual.
