I was about to book a flight and noticed the flight I was in process of selecting, the F cabin seats start with "3", rather than with "1". Not sure I've seen that before or taken note of it.

What is the difference in these configurations? Is the metal with the first class section beginning with "3" one of the new configurations/retrofits?
