As I recall you have to account for the employment time so you can’t leave it out or skip it. I can’t remember what the application looks like but if you can I’d put the company’s name in and an “out of business” parenthetical after the name. If the application requires an address and phone number I’d try to enter something like “unavailable” in the fields as a place holder.
