Not that I would recommend this... but we did a 20ish minute turn in HAN last week.

We had planned a tight 1-hour tight turn in HAN. We figured business to business class, bp's in hand, no checked bags, and an HKG-HAN flight that is mostly on time (or 10-20 minutes late) was an acceptable risk. Worst case we buy cheap tickets to Thailand for later in the day. (In NYC when we tried to do OLCI we discovered we could not get our bps.)

Unfortunately for us, HKG-HAN was significantly delayed. We landed just after 10, to the gate around 10:10. (HAN-BKK on time for a 10:35 am departure. So we had around 20 minutes to departure when we deplaned.)
Jogged - a true jog - all the way to transfer desk. Thankfully no line.
Transfer desk guy casually calls Thai. (Now about 10:20.) A few minutes later he sees us getting nervous and casually says "don't worry she is on her way". Five minutes later, a Thai representative shows up, checks our passports, takes a picture of each of us with our passports and bp's together. Says 'we go now'. Again, lucky there is no line anywhere.
Another jog through HAN and we were on the plane around 10:30, with the door closing behind us.

Piece of cake!
