Has anyone heard anything further about the Kimpton Tokyo? There was a flurry of activity in July 2018 when they announced it, and since then the website says sometime in 2020, ahead of the Olympics.

Some job postings say April 2020, but nothing concrete. Anyone got an ear to the ground in Tokyo?
