I've yet to have a steak on any AS flight in F so I'd gladly pick the filet over the eggplant....I can live with steak that isn't cooked perfectly, but I can honestly say I wouldn't want the eggplant even if it was cooked perfectly.....there are times when I'd like to go out for a steak, but I've yet to think to myself, "Hmm, I could really go for some eggplant lasagna right about now"....lol.
