Yes (until October this year when there ROP program changes).

As I read it, after 01 Oct, the redemption costs will be 290,000 miles:
2x 125,000=250,000 BKK-CDG/LHR
2x 20,000=40,000 BKK-SIN return

or 310,000 miles using any Star carrier Zone 1 to Zone9


Obviously no F SIN-BKK and vv. The text is hilarious....
