Thank you The_Banking_Scot and Globaliser for the quick replies, Mrs DMF is only 5 feet 6 inchs so no worries there and also a little deaf so again no worries about noise.
Looking at the BA Source it seems to suggest that row 53 is just ahead of the leading edge of the wing and a bit of twisting around will be no problem especially with the reward of that view as you come in.
