I was here briefly on a dirt cheap summer rate ($79). It's a nice new build, in a central location (near Biltmore Fashion Plaza) with free parking in the rear lot. Rooms are good sized and functional if a bit spare. Bed nice and soft. Only negative was very loud A/C cycling on and off. I was offered a choice between (1) points, (2) $10 credit, or (3) breakfast. I went for $10 credit, so can't comment on the breakfast.
