Like all of the window seats on the upper deck, headroom is quite constrained as you get up from the seat. So for anyone who's of over average height, getting out does involve a bit of shuffling around whilst bending over. But this is a pretty minor problem so far as direct aisle access is concerned. The galley noise mentioned by
The _Banking_Scot is, to my mind, likely to be a bigger issue particularly on an overnight, but that won't apply to the flight you're asking about.
As for views, it will be worth you having a look at pictures of the view from 53A. It is, as you know, an aft-facing seat. From memory, the best view available from the seat is of the wing and the engines. It may be a little more effort to see the scenery below them.
