Well... you may not have purchased a ticket directly from an agent lately, but there are many out there who do and if we reread some of the posts, it's clear that some routings can only be booked thru an agent given the shortcomings of nwa.com (and other reasons). Thus, although it may not be a big deal to you, it does affect many out there and therefore becomes a big deal in general. For me, it's the principal that angers me.
