I'm with HeeLaw here. I actually can't remember the last time I bought a ticket from a NW agent. So I don't see that big a deal. And since it obviously costs them lots more if you use an agent, I don't see the outrage.

And yeesh, it's $5.

That's my 2c. So now it's $5.02.
