The sign has always been a bit confusing to me. I always wondered if the sign was done on the fly and actually meant to say Delta 360 OR Diamond Medallions. There can't be that many 360 flyers transiting LAX on a given day, so it seems to me that it would be a service open to any 360 member, not just those who are also DM. Nowhere else in the Delta world have I ever seen the term "360 Diamond Medallions" used, so I remain unconvinced that the sign is an accurate reflection of who is eligible. I mean, a 360 is a 360 is a 360, so hard to fathom that anyone at that level would have to also be DM to get the private transfer.
