I am trying to use an RUC on the JFK-SEA portion of JFK-SEA-PVG flight I have in October. A few months ago when I applied the RUC everything was totally fine and my reservation then and now shows "Upgrade Waitlisted" The agent I spoke with before confirmed everything was okay with RUC.

I spoke to another agent yesterday and she confirmed this latest horse crap about not being allowed to use RUC's on an INTL itinerary. That's complete BS. Nothing more than just another way for delta to limit the use of RUC's. UGH SO PISSED.

Could I ask the Delta agent to split the reservation into two separate PNR's to isolate the JFK-SEA flight so I can use the RUC? I think that's the only way to do this with this new rule Delta pulled out of their backside.

Also, my reservation still shows "upgrade waitlisted" Am I indeed wait listed on JFK-SEA fflight with RUC Priority? It doesn't look like the agent I recently spoke to made any changes to my reservation.
