Welcome to FlyerTalk!

In cases of tight connections, most airlines will provide you with an orange Express Connection pass to speed up your process through immigration and customs. Those are generally handed out on the jet bridge at the exit from the plane.

Your bags should be checked and tagged through to your final destination when you check in at BNE. All you'll have to do is drop them off at the transfer/re-check counters at the exit from the customs hall at TBIT.

Since you will be flying on on one ticket/PNR on both flights, you will be accommodated on a later flight should you miss your connection. Those arrangements should be taken care off by Air Canada.
