From the information I collected over the years -

PEK: CX served from some time in 1986 to Dec. 1990, when the route was transferred to KA. CX re-launched on 02DEC2003, before acquiring KA.
SHA: CX served from 1980 to 1989, when the route was transferred to KA. CX re-launched PVG on 01DEC2006, right after acquiring KA although the work was underway before.
XMN: CX launched on 28DEB2005, before acquiring KA, and then transferred the service to KA (the morning pair) on 31AUG2008.

In fact, KA was very mad at CX for launching these routes, while CX was also mad at KA for flying to TPE (where 2 flights a day remain), BKK (no more service), and NRT (now HND).
