Mine was also processed by Delta even though it was an all-AF itinerary from Asia to Europe (via CDG), ticket sold from a Mainland Chinese POS. But I guess my mailing address on the form was USA so they sent it to Delta?
AF and KLM vouchers are processed by Delta for US residents.. at least thats what I was told.
