This is factually incorrect. Being an AU on someone else's account does not add to your x/24 count.
Tried two times and the rep is very insistence on AU counting as accounts even after I told him that I am not financially responsible for those accounts.
He actually questioned me on what does it mean I am not financially responsible and they have no way to tell that.
