At its best it was a better than average property sadly to many better choices in NYC
I hate the resort fees as much as the next one. Agree it’s a big scam. Having said that, at least at the IC TS (unlike the other IHG properties in NY that charge it) you get some value for it, like $25 food credit per day, one dry cleaning and a few other things I can’t remember of the top of my head.
