They asked me a questions why do I pay with money orders. I said that I sold something and decided to pay the card with MO.
Then they asked me do I have employment and/or a business, Said yes to both.
They asked who is my employer and the name of my business and what's the annual income.
They asked what's my position in the company
Then they asked if I will continue to pay with MO, I said no.
I asked what should I expect after this call. They said no, they are just checking what's going on.
Citi is my main bank, I have Citigold account, and 8 cards from them, including Sears. I have 630k in TYP right now.
I guess it's a shutdown call.
What should I do now?

You MS and bank with Citi? Why do you think it's a shutdown call? In any event, I would stop all MS/MO activities and cool off for several months.
