Yes that is correct (in theory) but I had a (long story...) period a couple of years ago where I had to put quite a few people in taxis for transfers to the perimeter hotels and was universally met with frustration at a minimum and abuse at worst!

If you want to do this then speak to the controller first to get them to assist and have some £ in cash for a sweetener. Unless very pushed for time then I would stick to the bus
