BA cancelled BNA-LHR this Sun.via txt, gave me an 800 number to call, sitting on hold
Have been on hold for over a half hour. Sigh.
Unfortunately according to my trip insurance, I have to know the reason for the flight cancellation in order to determine if I'll be covered (basically only weather or mechanical.) I doubt either will apply, but do I have any recourse other than simply waiting on hold till they get round to helping me?
