I understand I cannot use and SWU but is there any issue booking a multi-city trip on AA.com and using an SWU if one portion of the trip is a codeshare? For Instance I'm booking a multi city trip as follows:

Flight 1 - A to B to C all on AA
Flight 2 - C to D AA codeshare on BA
Flight 3 - D to A on AA

I know Flight 2 cannot use an SWU but if C inventory is available on Flight 1 or Flight 3 will there be any issue using an SWU?
