The PNR is the six-character alpha-numeric code (like AB12C3) that shows up under the 'Indianapolis -- Beijing' (or wherever) item in your trips list.
Load that on the website and see what letter it shows next to the class of service. The app doesn't show the fare class any longer for some reason (or at least not for me).
Okay, I knew the code was the PNR, but the question made it sound like something more. I did use the PNR to pull up the reservation info, and the website shows it as class P. So the reservation seems okay. The receipt still seems weird, though. I do have an e-ticket number, is there anything more I can do with that?
