Thumbs up I have one as my work laptop

Whilst it's not a Mac, it's fine for travelling. This is my corporate laptop used on the road. At home it sits next to me running email for work, whilst I do the "real" work on my Mac.

+ Points
  • Fast enough for WP/XL/Powerpoint/Surfing
  • Nice, full-size, keyboard
  • Touchpad - not nipple (point of contention)
  • Built in wireless
  • Detachable 2nd battery
  • Very compact and light

- Points
  • It's not a Mac
  • Urm - that's it

I leave the high capacity battery on most of the time as it gives a nice rake to the keyboard and doesn't add too much weight. I also had an earlier, similar, model from Toshiba which died after three years - actually the fan expired and the company considered it uneconomic to repair. It's now waiting under my desk to be economically repaired
