I have also seen this with Air New Zealand. For internal sectors within NZ, if you go to the .com or .uk site you get ripped off. Whereas going to the .NZ site brought up fares that were cheaper than JetStar and half the price of their international sites... this was about 2 years ago and things might have changed to be more dependent upon your IP address, but it does go to show that it really depends where any one organisation is with their technology as to how any location or user based pricing is implemented, if at all.
