One thing's for sure - I definitely wouldn't want to see any of the plus sized / aged flight attendants today wearing anything other than the buttoned up uniforms currently in vogue.
The TWA photo (Boeing 707 lounge) was not really porno. The uniform was just a porno version of the real uniform. The one in the photo was not the same as used by TWA in real life. It showed much more leg.

This is not uncommon. Singapore Airlines ads show female flight attendants with their hair down but that is actually against internal regulations and not seen on real flights. On real flights, the hair is either shorter and let down or longer and tied up.

we've already seen a VC-10, so an IL-62 might be a good guess here ... there were probably a dozen or so operators, the biggest I can recall b707 eing Aeroflot, Czech (CSA), and LOT; Cubana was probably up there as well ... just for grins, I'll say OK
I'd say it is a IL-62 but am boycotting this question for now because of the funny smile on the man's face. It's like he's looking at the woman's breast, ha ha
