Status benefits on Ineligible Rates
Any recent experiences with receiving status benefits (not points/night credits) on “ineligible rates”? For instance, any upgrades, free breakfast, or lounge access on OTA bookings or the “travel industry” rate?

I know the WoH T&Cs say that status benefits are not provided on ineligible rates, but I’m wondering what usually happens in practice.
