Are you stating that your Ambassador will disclose the email addresses to you, or email the property on your behalf? I have never been able to get my Ambassador to disclose an email address (e.g. GM, FDM). For example, I would have upcoming trips with questions about suite availability so I wanted to speak with the FDM / GM and my Ambassador would not citing personal privacy. When I stated that I can simply call the hotel main line or ask at the front desk when I stop by and the hotel's will disclose it, he could only offer to contact the property on my behalf. I wasn't even asking for the specific work email (first.last) just a property generic email for them. So, in every case I have just called up the hotel main line and asked for the email addresses and they always provide it.
I am not sure what the issue is, but it would be a nice improvement from the Ambassador Service.

My Ambassador has gotten email addresses for me when I've asked, but most often she just emails the appropriate persons I'm trying to reach who then email me back as requested. (This is most common for concierge teams, but occasionally the front office manager or hotel manager.)
